candidly, those on street parking spaces are few and far between depending on the neighborhoods you're low-confidence

Yeah, there's there's two of them going up down on Brickle that are gonna be a thousand feet. low-confidence

So if uh if if we're limitless in our downtown, I don't see why we expect to be any different. low-confidence

We'll be seeing thousand foot buildings here at some point too. low-confidence

or anybody who's bought property with the expectation of being able to build to that level, we're gonna get sued and we're gonna lose. low-confidence
