Well here's my question.

So animal waste is infectious waste, just as human waste is infectious waste.

So what's the difference?

If it comes from an iguana or if it comes from Bob down the street, how does it make a difference to somebody that's gonna be swimming in the water?

And what am I as uh somebody who sees a sign saying we have waste in the water gonna do with that?
