Because it grounds you to the earth.
So nature is a big one for me.
And people use sage and salt baths.

But they're affected by, they're picking up other people's energy.
They're getting emotional when one minute they were just fine, now they're getting emotional.
They don't know that they're even intuitive, which we all are.
The second one is they studied about energy, they kind of know about chakras, but they're not putting it into practice.
The third is the person that knows about energy centers, aura, meditation, breath, chakra, meditation, aura, breath.
They practice it.
They become the master of their abilities.
It does not become the master of them.
