Although you can do all that stuff and still like fix things and do I can't do any of that.

Now see I can't do any of that.

Somehow the aggregate brand that was built, at least in my eyes as a fan, was oh yeah, Mike can do all that stuff.

Basically the idea is if you admit, and this is a huge part of his life, if you recognize if you're self aware, if you recognize that you failed, and if you own it, then you're halfway to solving the problem already, basically.

Um many times.

But also in the study, I just love history.

And so the study of of a lot of great leaders, most every truly formidable leader, whether it's Washington or Churchill or you know, uh was forged much more in failure than they were in success and and much more in difficulty than they were in ease.

But the defining difference was their

ability to hug the cactus and kinda own it and acknowledge it and you're right publicly and then also apply

curiosity to it and sort of um

evolve.
