But as I said before, if anything, the Chinese have a vested interest in either keeping this war going or making sure that if it ends, the United States is defeated.

Uh so the Chinese are not gonna help us.

If anything, the Chinese are gonna hinder our efforts to get a favorable deal.

Uh and I think the same thing is true with the Russians.

Uh so they're not gonna help.

And I think the Iranians are going to stick this one out because they have a vested interest in doing that.

The Iranians have a lot of leverage now over the United States, especially when you think

of where the international economy is headed as we just described it.

Uh so I think the Iranians are not going to be willing

uh to make major concessions.

They may be willing to make some minor concessions, Chris.

Uh for a while the Iranians were saying that they would not negotiate with the United States until President Trump was out of office.

No more negotiations until he leaves in January twenty twenty nine.

Uh that's a pretty extreme statement.

Uh but now they are talking to the Americans.

And we saw this on the sidelines of the UN over the past few days.

So I think we have inflicted enough pain on the Iranians that they would like to cut a deal.

And the question is, what concessions would they be willing to make?

uh and what concessions would be we be willing to make.

Uh I think they're gonna drive a very hard deal.
