You want Munster teams to play.

You want to see... I want to see...

Ryan Gleeson play, you know, at number eight, because I think he's got a lot of qualities.

And, you know, there are young players that you can identify in each of the four provinces and say, yeah, let's see them play.

Let's see them get an opportunity.

I think Stuart Lancaster will do that in Connacht.

And I think, again, there's some very bright prospects, particularly backs in Connacht, as well as obviously Sam Illo and Billy Bowen have come to the forefront on this tour.

But if you look at some of the backs and Sean Jansen, obviously, as a forward,

Cian Brandegast is there.

So they're assembling some very good young players.

Good players, full stop.

Good young youth profile, I should say, as well.

And they've got some very good backs.

There's a couple of positions that are sticking points in Irish rugby.

You boys have outlined them already.

That needs to improve.

You need to discover more.

And you'd like to see more of a challenge.

The other thing is that you can't keep...

if you go to the same well and you don't like the taste of the water, like you can't keep going back and say, I don't like the taste from the well, you know, you have to, you have to find a new source.
