We'll take care of him like we take care of all the players.

Yeah, your ideal scenario is you're trying to get him to replicate certain things, but every individual player will have that characteristic that may be a little bit different.
But it'll be the same idea in the sense of what we're looking for, certain players in certain positions.
And listen, they'll have known whatever players we do select, they will know from the roles and the repetition from team meetings, from trainings, what's required from certain positions.
So hopefully that'll be straightforward again.
But listen, as we know, Josh was growing into that role massively, but hopefully the boys can use that inspiration for him to be a nice pick-up for him as well to go and win games.

Obviously, I've come on late in the game, but the performance the boys put under that kind of pressure, I think we've been on it...
good run of form in a sense obviously we've had too many draws otherwise it would have been a bit more comfortable but the quality Kone and Kabul tonight were when it really mattered that the two boys stood up but it was a great team performance and we have Jermain's goals but we've had the quality as well but supplying him.

It gets to that situation where obviously we've done it in previous seasons, but people are saying, oh, you can't keep doing it, you can't keep doing it.
But we had the belief, the manager had the belief in the quality.
He obviously added quality in January too, and you saw the impact that had.
And we've took that quality into games and we're finally showing it.
Yeah, well, that's what I mean.
The manager, obviously, he assessed things when he came in and he's done it.
We've seen it down throughout the years, the success he's had in the transfer windows, finding quality players, whether it be in different countries, because he thinks there's a bit more value.
And obviously he's done it again.
