I thought the Super Bowl was interesting, and Duff, you've been around as long as I have.
The Seahawks, to me, felt like a throwback team, like a 70s or 80s team, where all of a sudden you look up and they're playing for field position, they're playing for field goals, they're leaning on their defense, which is not really what's vogue in the NFL.
To me, it showed...
You can still win.
You can still be dominant if your lines are that much better than the rest of the league.
Because to me, those lines were outstanding.
Fundamentals, yeah.
Yeah, there are some teams, I mean, they weren't particularly flashy.
But I remember watching them out here that day when they won.
And the entire season, I kept saying, I know the Jaguars can get to the Super Bowl.
You felt like they may have been able to figure out some things against the Rams if it had been the Rams.
And I just kept saying, I don't know how any team from the AFC, as much as I would have hoped the Jaguars would have won,
I just feel like Seattle, it was one of those years where I did feel like there was a big difference between the first team and the rest of the teams.
Now, I know that doesn't add up because the Rams beat them and it was close between those two.
But sometimes, not every year, but sometimes it feels like the best team won it.
I don't think you can argue that the Seahawks weren't the best team this year.
It's fun.
Look, at its core, the NFL is supposed to be fun, right?
And the fact that Salah and Cohen got into it a little bit last year, it's entertainment at the end of the day.
And I know everybody in the league, it's your profession, it's your livelihood, it's otherworldly important.
