Because he'd given me everything, I think I was just hardwired to say yes to everything he said.

So I said yes, like it's nothing, put the phone down and then thought, whoa boy, what have I just agreed to?

And that was terrifying.

So then for the month before he left, I shadowed him much more closely to work out exactly what the day is like.
