What isn't their first or second team for a tour last year and they play and they go down again without many of their star names and they still produce that same performance because they're producing players who can fit into the way that they want to play the game.

And fitting in, they also encourage them to play...

with less structure and they don't wait.

Like we spoke about this last week about New Zealand, don't wait for the scrum half Cam Royguard to arrive.

They move the ball away and they trust the players to make good decisions.

That's predicated on having people with great skill sets, a good game appreciation about how to get the ball and manage the ball when you get it.

You know, so those qualities are something that is missing a little bit from an Irish perspective.
