But it also focuses on where are the weaknesses?

Where are the players that you, what are the positions in which it would be better to have depth, more depth, if you like, or more quality?

And I think that's where the focus is as well.

This is not a surprise.

You saw that with Dave Rennie teams when he coached Glasgow.

They played the exact same way.

And they played with those strengths.

And you're kind of saying to yourself, that's what they do.

It's amazing.

They're a carbon copy.

They play exactly the same way as Glasgow played, to a degree.

Yeah, like if I was going to extend this slightly, I'd ask you both the same question.

Pick out the Irish players who can beat a player one-on-one with footwork.

Who can do a little bit of heavy lifting to get the team the space that they need out wide or can make a line break or that will cause consternation to the opposition?

Stockdale, Tommy O'Brien, Zachary Ward, Balakou, Dan Sheehan.

And how many of those are starters?

12 months I was really impressed with Tim and he and Josh every time like there's more asked of him he delivers and just keep they keep pushing each other it's those two like you'd love to just have both of them on the field yeah no I agree I think in some positions it's great but sorry the point I'm making is that when you look at one when you look at footwork and one-on-one and it's great that those players and you both singled out players who are very good at it but you need more of that the more you have of that in the team the better the handling

The other thing we didn't touch on really, and you may have touched on on Saturday, was the passing, passing and discipline, like basic passing.

And it's something that Gordon has written about and spoken about at length.

It's the difference between getting an opportunity to make a break if the pass is delivered to the right place and the timing is perfect.
