Mitigation is not James Ryan brushing James Ryan.
He's already took.
So his initial instincts are to tuck his shoulder, chuck his arm in and launch himself off.
So he's not in control of what he's doing.
It's reckless.
It's dangerous.
And despite the brush with James Ryan on the way through, uh,
If you look at it from behind and you look at the incident in real time and what he does and the outcome of it, like if we're into the effect of foul play, then where does it stop?
Well, if you don't hospitalise the person, it's not as bad as if you hospitalise the person.
the piece that I wrote was, was based on world rugby can claim that player safety is at the very heart of everything they do.
When you have incidents like that and interpretations like that, that defies, you know, that their, their mantra, which is player safety.
So I,
in those circumstances.
And I was looking at other aspects of the game in which cards weren't given and there were for both sides.
Both sides got away with a card here and a card there that, yeah, could and possibly should have been given.
So this isn't all one-sided anti-New Zealand.
My criticism was of World Rugby and the officiating of the match and how it varies from referee to referee and hemisphere to hemisphere.
But at the very core of it should be if they if they were paying anything other than or if they really wanted to protect the integrity and safety of players, then they should look at.
So they came out, World Rugby came out and gave a ban to the Italian head coach, Gonzalo Caseta, for criticizing match officials.
And there is a forum and a right, right and wrong way of doing that.
