No, and it's maybe a a bad analogy, but it's like saying never buy units or apartments.

Like because they're inferior to exist um houses with land, right?

Um but people get some great outcomes out of buying units and or apartments depending on the the uh scarcity of them or where they're buying or the price.

So I I don't agree with Ben um

Yeah, and and he I know Ben, known him well for a long time and I know he's always been a a strong advocate for none of that because um of like commissions and um sidekicks and financial planners and everyone else sort of getting in on the show.
Most financial planners don't though, so No, that's true, but you're just s rephrasing what he's saying.
