You mentioned success earlier.
At so many times in your life, you would be able to certainly now reflect on successes you've had.
Sitting here now, how would you define success?
I can feel that.
It's been a heck of a ride.
I can feel that.
You've still got a huge smile on your face and a twinkle in your eye.
And I want to open up a little bit the sort of human side of you, the physical and mental fitness that ultimately goes into being an author, touring the country now with such purpose and passion.
How do you look after yourself?
And it's both from a physical and a mental point of view.
And I ask that because at any one time, you're a creator.
You know, you're thinking about perhaps the next thing you're going to write.
I want to know where you get that inspiration from, what you do to do that, both physically and mentally.
but just having a crack at some stuff and yeah and climbing out those boxes that other people made for you really glad you brought that because i'm conscious of time and we said before camera that we could probably sit here for a day and enjoy that but you climbing out of that box
and defying what someone labeled you to then do so much to have a fulfilling life that continues with the next chapters to write.
But having touched and impacted so many people, me included, before you even knew that we were connected.
And I think what I love, Molly, who's sitting there watching, listening, she said, actually, this could be such a lovely
reminder around christmas time yeah which is when this will go out that you know ultimately people can do really good things for each other in a world where there's a lot of negatives there's a lot of things out there that you know can be really quite depressing to see and yet you know someone that wants to make a difference makes decisions based on helping other people we can all do that
I mean, just even your story, people walking up to you at the right time.
