And I think you bring up a good point.
Basically, what Bill said yesterday was that
You know, unlike a standard player's contract, there isn't a standard contract for a coach.
And we have no clue what the clauses say about, A, how they get paid, when they get paid, what happened in these scenarios.
So there's a lot more ebb and flow of control.
in a coach's contract than there would be in the standard player's contract that is governed by the collective bargaining agreement.
Well, right now, Rogers owns everything on the national basis.
And obviously in Edmonton, Rogers have signed a long-term deal for the Oilers on a regional basis.
So that would be, with 84 games, that would be, I think, probably a 63-game package.
So from that perspective, from an Alberta perspective, it's Rogers' country.
And what Rogers, in their new contract, which starts July the 1st, which is an additional 12-year deal for $11 billion over those 12 years, that's $11 billion Canadian, $7.7 billion U.S.,
That, to me, is supposed to be part of it sold off, whether that goes to Bell Media, whether that goes to Amazon, or whether that goes to someone else.
