goal that they're working through, but they're just worried about improving themselves.
And if you have four or five top level people that are all worried about just progressing themselves, even Anatoly, right?
Um, with uh one for three on a squat, he still ended up with nine thirty two and a half.
Right.
Had he had gotten some attempts, he's you know, knocking on maybe like nine fifty, nine sixty as a total.
And at that point it is a real legitimate threat to Anthony as well too.
So that's stuff that you have to keep your eye on.
You have to be sharp.
Even if you do have that first place uh slot, you cannot get complacent.
You have to improve every single lift.
