Or a certain amount of ownership.

And maybe they form another corporation.

We see that often.

But you're starting with this kind of engine that's going to produce.

And then you're going to pay me over a number of years.

And there's a lot of discussion about how long that should last and whatever it might be.

But again, if you rely 100% on that, that's a lot of pressure if you have these other accounts.

What I was saying about sinking funds and other things, yeah, you can help those key employees with bonus structure and help them build their wealth outside to say, hey, you're going to turn around and buy me out.

That takes a lot of planning and a lot of foresight to do that.

It takes a lot of discipline of that one person.

So that conversation, what I was just saying about how to kind of make this whole thing happen, I kind of see that.

Build that wealth outside.

Don't rely 100% on your company.

Make sure you have the key people inside that can do business development and can manage this thing so it can pay you out over time.

But for a big windfall, that's, I think, a harder thing to kind of put together for a $15 million a year, $20 million contractor.
