Like, on the one hand, I think it's it's wonderful that people are able to be more creative online.
And that is a great gift of these things.

And maybe that joy that I'm feeling right now will kind of burn itself out over time.
Or maybe it's it's actually useful for us to have an end.
Like maybe it's good that the tokens will run out right now.
It has always been a little confusing to me the idea that like, well, we'll just upload our minds, our data into s you know, our brain data into some new body and that will wipe away the kind of vexing quality of being a person.
I don't know.
Like I I I I kind of like having a body.
Wrapped up in the techno optimistic future is kind of this pessimism about what having a body can do for us.
Um I think
having a body and that body decaying is a site of solidarity.
It's it's a way that we find connection and communion with other people through the fact that we get sick, through the fact that we get ill, through the fact that we decay and die.
Like those facts about human life, I think are are part of what make us want the world to be a better place.
