Yeah, I do it too.
I use ChatGPT for a lot of my like script writing or or summaries for my captions and things like that.
And I can use it to do other workflows and other stupid simple things that I should probably just do myself, right?
Like so we're all doing this, but I think it's more potent for young people that have been throughout the entirety of their school career.
inundated with like AI.
Like they haven't had access to it.
So unfortunately literacy is like way down, right?
Like to get my boys to sit down and fill out a small little Google form or to read the question properly, it is like pulling is really difficult.
And it's not because they're they're stupid.
It's not because they're, you know, all ADHD adult or whatever.
It's just it like really is.
They they've had so much dopamine fluctuation.
We didn't have that.
We're we're young too, but like that was
Just coming out when we were in high school, um, was like the idea of having a smartphone and all of that.
So we didn't have the same degree um that they have.
So I feel for them.
But yeah, literacy is like all time low, which translates to can I verbalize and express my thoughts and feelings in any capacity, spoken or written.
And so when we have limited literacy, we also have limited expression.
And so it's it's a lot harder to like
