You know, a game they had done everything bar win it.

And conceding so late was disappointing.

And then a game on Monday against Lego, where of course they would have been expecting to win it.

It was a disappointing weekend for them.

As you say, Edmondson has been a little bit of a revelation, I guess, in terms of his physicality and being a focal point and target man for them.

They'll be looking to rely on him again on Friday, I guess, to pick up a more positive result.

It's funny you mention just even how important the weekend games are, Vinnie.

So I was looking back on earlier, the last time the Pats had two games in quick succession like that back at the start of April, the first was against Dundalk and they lost and the second was against Shamrock Rovers and they lost.

And as you say, it's absolutely pivotal that that doesn't happen and that you win those games.

And I suppose it's something that any time that we've been talking or whatever, I've always said, when it comes to the crunch,

do Pats have a soft centre or are they able to get themselves out of it?

And as yet, I haven't seen any proof that they don't have that soft centre.

And I suppose, like Steve always says, it is just three points.

It's three points to Pats, but it's nine to the next.

It's nine to third.

And all of a sudden, the only team that can challenge them now, as it looks like anyway, is Pats.

And I'm just not sure that they're going to ever have that consistency to be able to do that.

I have no doubt that he is, Steve, or I certainly have no doubt that they've heard it anyway at some point.

But it was this season last and the one before.

But I suppose, really, it's a testament to John.
