At work.
Yeah.
I was his boss, strictly speaking, because I became news editor in the late 1990s.
And he was the technology correspondent or science and technology.
And I just thought, oh, he's a good person.

There was a huge round of redundancies going on.
So it felt like every three months would be in the pub saying goodbye to a bunch of people.
