I mean, there's a certain level of decorum that you have elected.
Like, even if you can't stand somebody, you're polite to them.
One of our members is literally in the hospital.
And she asked for an excused absence because she's in the hospital.
And the Republicans voted not to give her the excuse.
And she's in the hospital.
So there is stuff going on that we haven't seen before, because what the Republicans will do is they will smile in your face and vote down your interests all day, every day.
But they're polite about it.
So there is literally no politeness.
So, yes, people are very surprised about that.
But at least we get to see who they are.
You know, they say when people show you who they are, believe them the first time.
So if we didn't know who they really are, apart from the fake niceties normally, at least we know.
The question is, moving forward, are we going to respond accordingly?
So there was a train of thought.
excuse me, there was a train of thought that we can't hold out forever, which for me, I was willing to hold out for however long I needed to hold out.
And there was a train, these maps are going to pass anyway.
And my thought was the only way they pass is if we give them a quorum.
If we don't give them a quorum, they don't pass.
But some people thought people have too much going on.
