I saw a huddle of civilians.

Now, that's not to say that Guard members didn't respond, and that's an untrue story.

It could have happened, and they already left the area before I arrived, but I was here.

very quickly after the incident happened.

And I did not see guard members.

So I've seen nothing to indicate that the guard was the ones that subdued him.

But I do believe that he was shot most likely by a guards member.

I don't think that the police were here quick enough to have shot the suspect.

But this is speculation on my part, to be honest.

They keep saying local hospital, local hospital.

I mean, I would assume George Washington right around the corner.

I don't know.

But they have it said.

Agreed.

That's my assumption.
