So no, brakes is brakes are generally okay.
So Active Aero is is just some it's a right, what it does is it opens up the rear wing.
It in the rear, it's more or less like DRS.
The difference is it's not mandated to be the the the centre gap opening, which was always the the slot opening like we've seen for the last I've lost track of how many years we've had DRS.
Figteen years or something.
Oh it was around then, wasn't
That's what we wanted to know.
Uh who was the last to use it?
generational shift
for TRS.
Uh but so the difference with active error on the rear is i the the principle's the same, you're gonna reduce your your down force by opening up the um the the front the the rear flap.
But obviously we've seen the the the Macarena style wing.
You now have freedom, how are you gonna do that?
Rather than the the mandated DRS slot gap opening, and that's the same for all cars.
The the difference with Active Arrow is it's doing the rear and the front at the same time.
So the front wing flap also drops down, and so you're getting reduced drag, you're getting reduced down force.
You do that when you have straight mode.
So where the FIA decide that it's safer to to basically do that.
The drivers hit a button, much like DRS, and it will reduce the drag on the rear and the front, and then you it pops up for the corners.
If you try and attack a corner with your active arrow in place, so your your straight mode, uh straight mode zone, it doesn't pop back in for the corner, you're gonna be you're gonna be straight off into the hedge.
