You're going to have a marketing guy like my marketing guy, and he's going to be really good with AI.
And as a result of that, it's going to give him the ability to do the job of 10.

And that's what we need to do to equip our people.
I had an AI presentation to my circle and my team was on listening as well.
And it was funny because I said, I said, all right, guys, well, everyone's getting fired tomorrow.
It's been great working with you.
And I and everyone was laughing knowing I wasn't serious.
But I said, no, really, my goal is that every one of my employees I'll keep five, 10 years from now and they will have just become so good at AI that they'll be able to do the job of 10 people.
So I don't have to hire new people.
I keep the ones I have and they're really good at managing and using AI in their process and systems.
So for the people out there, your job may be expendable.
I'm not going to be a pie in the sky, fake optimistic kind of person.
Your job may be expendable if you're in a low level job.
