I think that's going to be a big part of what leadership is going to entail.

So make yourself unexpendable.

Make yourself so valuable that they can't get rid of you in the work that you do.

And I think that's going to be the key for any job you have.

I believe we're going to go towards people being more and more entrepreneurial.

You're going to have to become an entrepreneur and own your business.

Ray Titus calls it the ownership economy.

And I believe that's where we're heading towards.

You have to start your own business, run your own business.

You'll probably use AI to run your business.

And everyone's going to have their own business.

So we're going to need to teach entrepreneurs how to run their business, how to stay positive, how to build great brands, be successful.

We're moving towards that.
