Pre-pandemic, we all loved virtual events.
It was inclusive, it was fun.
Fun.
Right.
Now people hate virtual.
Nobody's got time for a webinar, bro.
We're all like way worried about how to survive and like we want to hang out and see people face to face and like feel something, right?
Wanna like feel like our time is valuable.
And so I think those two things like don't expect people to come to you and like don't put a huge focus on virtual.
Yeah, more important.
Way more important.
Tell me more.
Yeah, it's um because now suddenly we are we are locked into the machine and now I am told that like I don't even get to search.
Like we said, right?
We value some choice.
Too much choice is overload.
No choice feels restrictive.
And so I think if it only gives you the AI summary, then I think experience networks become way more important because I think people draw even harder.
back to that feeling of I want to talk to someone across the fence and we use the digital medium that we have to do it.
I believe that if if they're smart, right, they're going to listen because we are essentially turning an unstructured data layer into a structured data layer.
