And so and and and it's kind of interesting hearing all of this set out because it is like clear that this is the sort of thing that happens to me um at at times and uh and it's easy to try and think, Oh, all my problems would be solved if I just cut out milk entirely or something.
But um it definitely I definitely do notice it, for example, if I eat like a massive meal, like that that can trigger things.
something that I experienced, right?
I'm I'm very lucky that my IBS is like pretty low key and also interestingly again I'm dieting at the moment and I'm eating much less and actually a lot of these issues that I'm talking about are are much reduced because of this, right?
So there's an argument to be made that I'm just eating badly and yeah, right, exactly.
Um but when it when I have a flare up and it's and things are bad, it is debilitating.
You don't want to go out and do things.

If I go I live in London, if I go anywhere in London, it's like a forty minute tube journey.

That's stuff you have to like think about and you have to genuinely think, Okay, if I get caught short, what am I gonna do midway between these two points?
