I got
I know where all the good public toilets are on the cheap network are because you have to and it's again it's like it sounds weird because like it doesn't negatively impact me in my the terms of my health.
Like if I have a flare up, I have a flare up and and it's you know, you go and then it that's it.
And and it's not even like it's not even like it's a weird condition because it's all it is is just accelerating something that you do naturally.
Sure.
So you don't feel worse for it or anything.
It's just like sometimes you just have to go and
And that's that.
Um but that it negatively impacts your ability to get around because you're constantly thinking.
And then it's you know, it's psychosomatic, as we've said.
And so when you're anxious about these things, it makes it more likely to happen and and it becomes a bit of a a a vicious circle.
And it becomes a
an academic text, isn't it?
Yeah, I again it's this is really good to educate people because it's so easy, especially for for us guys, to just assume that all human bodies are the same and and therefore when things like this happen where there is there are clear like anatomical differences that um that that that impact us in in different ways depending on our bodies, uh we just sort of over overlook them and I think it's good to be educated about these sorts of things.
It's it's something when I was working in
football coaching, um when I was coaching a women's team, one of the things that I saw happen a lot was um eight ACL injuries, um, which were happening because of uh v well various reasons and you know there's there's plenty of documented text that that will explain the the details of that.
I don't want to do a bad job of explaining why that is
Because you
It it happened I think every season that I was coaching one of my players got an ACL.
And that's uh I I I played in the same conditions for them for the men's teams when I was going through the uni system and not once I don't think did we have an ACL injury in that time.
