The the judge selection basically has a a short list of eight judges that's picked from the thirty six in total that that sit on that are qualified to be on the International Court of Appeal. matched

This eight are then put to the parties involved in the hearing for any objections beforehand, if there's they feel there's any conflict of interest or serious grounds for them not to be there so that the matched

the availability was there beforehand to say, no, we don't want this person on this basis matched

But the the final selection of three judges, uh at least three. matched

In the end it was four that were picked, is done by the International Court of Appeal president. matched

Uh and also we found out today, interestingly, that uh at least one judge from an ICA hearing that involves the Formula One World Championship matched

must be one of the judges and some some of the judges on the this thirty six panel are actually proposed by teams. matched

So at least five teams or three manufacturers matched
