I think PSA have the ability to step more into that sort of
knowledge gap, if you like, and bring in and sell your information and then do more of that work.
The world that sits around CMAP, the proposals that are produced, the scenario planning that is done, the border bottom that is done, the work that sits around the foundational data layer of PSA,
I think it becomes additional opportunities for us to add value for our clients.
That's the way I think I see it evolve.
I think there's a lot of interesting sort of startups that are trying to step into the consulting delivery space, but I don't think any of those at this point in time from what I've seen have necessarily really got critical mass.
I think a lot of clients are really focused on
building their own.
And that is one of the nuances of trying to sell into the consulting world is that every firm does have its unique challenges and its unique ways of working.
So I think we're seeing more people actually build their own and necessarily buy off the shelf the perfect solution for how they can use
AI within delivery.
But I think that's how we're really thinking about it.
Bringing agents into the core, having chat as a non-negotiable for how people expect to use software these days, and then using that sort of foundational spine of data to actually help clients do more of the work that sits around how ultimately they run their service and drive it forward.
I think it's early, but I think it's starting to become a tipping point.
