But nonetheless, the LLM providers that seem to show peak capacity to some extent because of the constraints which they're putting under and the costs aspiring.
People,
do need to be aware of that as well and manage those costs in a pretty short, cool way.
So I think all of those foundational systems of record have their place because they provide the structure and, in our case at least, the sector-specific workflows that we interact and have in the right way.
And that data becomes then foundational for anything that sits in front of it.
In our case, we want to be the place that the data is recorded, but also that more of the work is done and expand what that actually looks like.
But I think beyond those sort of core foundational sales at the front, finance at the back end, finance at the PSA, sort of in the middle, HR still inside, I think...
As I said before, there's a lot of sort of startups in the delivery space, but I think most of what people are doing right now is homegrown with LLM, Claude in particular, in the last six months.
He thinks, let's be careful, John, we'll get this date stamped.
Because anything you say around AI is a girl of pretty short heart or phallic, isn't it?
So it's going to be thrown back at me in a year.
But I think really we're seeing most of the investment into Claude or Copilot as sort of the organizational corporate business.
LLM tool, which then tries to bridge the sort of the knowledge elements that we talked about that help with documentation, FAW, proposals, whatever it might be.
That's where I think we're seeing most of the investment and focus, I think, in the last 12 months.
And that's certainly done the big share.
I think there's plenty of those job types to play around, aren't there?
But it's what are the people necessarily doing at this point in time that I'm not quite sure.
I think the expectations are sort of changing.
When the roles are changing, I don't know, but I'd say the expectations are changing in probably two regards.
