IQ analysis ability to you know collate and analyze data I think that is shifting to something sort of softer and more sort of EQ driven I think is the sort of opposite to that though is I think there's an expectation that people that were sort of mid-level and above are
should have more technical capability and technical expertise.
They have to be able to use these tools, innovate, ED from the front.
I think leaders have to try and get involved with this stuff themselves because otherwise you come up pretty dated pretty quickly on these things.
So I think it's not a friend of the role to change you, but I think the expectations are changing where more senior folks are probably
be required to be more technical than they were historically.
And the more junior folks are required to actually have some more softer skills that you might have had at more of a senior level.
So it's kind of a double movement against what you might have seen historically.
I think the key challenge would be taking the organization that people on the journey have actually handled mainly to change.
People might have loved that as sort of your junior version.

I think there's going to be a real challenge around how do we actually take our people on the journey.
I think through that, I think what's really important for the league to focus on is
what is it clients truly value within our service proposition?
Because the chances are that's the bit that's not going to get away.
And that's the bit where there's a big opportunity, but you have to take your people on the journey of actually how your service proposition may need to change in light of what clients can now do themselves with AI.
And I think that sort of cultural change is probably the most significant where I think leaders need to
embrace AI and be savvy with it because I think there's going to be no hiring based on that but also have the sort of the humanity around how that's going to change how people enroll males to row the time and how you know I think there's need to have responsibility to help everyone in those firms that become that like 10x consultant with AI rather than sort of being replaced with AI it's a massive opportunity for people to thrive and I think where we're seeing we have we
