So it came up on a series of other webinars and podcasts we did a few weeks back.
But I think where people are sort of really getting high leverage in every organization is those mid to senior folks who can step between boardrooms, see their conversations, and then actually get their hands dirty, you know, pretty quickly and be pretty technical.
Being able to do the two to prototype things and move to quickly iterate and show value quickly, I think is going to be more and more important in the coming years.
100%.
I think in the coming years, I think we're going to be sick to death of reinforcing people actually on the outcome.
of these things it's not the ai you know you the person that owns the outcome if this is our deliverable for the client you need to have understood exactly what it is why it is how we've got there and own the process and own the outcome because there's a risk they are that already has that veneer of oh let's just let's break and then you scratch through the veneer and what was actually there i mean the people have threatened their career is that learning process is
I wouldn't necessarily change anything because I think people today are a product of their humanism experiences over time.
Rightly, wrongly, the mistakes that you make help shape you as a leader, as a business person, and then as an individual and your family, what have you.
So I wouldn't necessarily change anything on that journey.
I guess if I reflect on what I may have learned over time is, you know, we started off with a goal, John, around that sort of career change I had from M&A into business.
software six, seven years ago, I think I was probably a little bit too slow to really frustrate my instincts in that new environment.

and actually backing your own instincts, your own judgment.
If something doesn't smell right to you, there's probably a really good reason for that.
And I think at a certain point in my career, I was really sort of overly indexed away from that and more towards the analytical side of things.
And you sort of suppress your gut and your judgment, rather than really following it through.
And when something doesn't quite sit right, doesn't smell right, doesn't feel right, there's a reason for that.
And don't let it go.
So again, this is what a time-specific thing to get this day stamped, John.
you can't edit that bit out now.
