So, first of all, when we're talking about improving the visitor experience with data, we need to talk about visitor studies.

That's the thing that you do.

So point number one, what is visitor studies?

A lot of people listening may think they know, and a lot of them may be right, but a lot of people don't actually know what that is and it's a whole thing.

So lay that out for us.

And you said there's a you said we think about it I never thought about this so I had to think for a minute.

So I'm gonna just kinda ask you the question.

We think of it as either evaluation or research.

And are those are those synonyms you're saying, or are they different?
