And to see him, after all of the bullshit, get his flowers and have the crowd recognize what he's done and chant for him after 25 years, I thought that was really special.

I like when once in a while the internet and the fans can stop thinking they know everything and just be fans.

And tonight I felt like they were just fans.

I felt like they were in the moment, which is what, to me, and this is why I've been so upset about the build to WrestleMania, because, Dave, I was a part of 15, 14, something like that.

And to me, WrestleMania was always the best week of the year.

You've experienced with the nation this week, and you've been sold out everywhere you've gone.

And to me,

You can't substitute this emotion with this event.

And I thought tonight was for the first time in a long time.

Because of how it started, because of how it ended, it finally felt like WrestleMania and all the nonsense was off the table.

I've always hated when people refer to WrestleMania as Super Bowl because Super Bowl is all corporate.

All corporate.

Yeah, half the seats will go to the corporate sponsors.

That's never been what Vince McMahon wanted us to be.

I learned from him, and...

I don't care if people say, why do you talk about him?

He was my boss for 12 years, 13 years.

He was the guy who created WrestleMania.

And WrestleMania was supposed to be a celebration of pro wrestling.
