And the reason is because they have to have maintenance.

They get new tires, they get gassed up, they get new shocks, they get the windows cleaned and stuff like that.

And um there's no option not to do that.

And if you don't do it, then eventually the car grinds to a halt, the engine explodes, and you have to take way more time out.

than if you did it in little bits and pieces along the way.

And I think it's kind of the same thing with with people.

We kinda think we don't have time, we don't have time, we don't have time, and on a day to day basis, that is the feeling, that is the experience.

And at the same time

If you end up breaking down, if you end up physically destroyed.

then your body uh is going to actually make you stop for a much longer time.

And in a much bigger way and a much more dysfunctional way.
