What was the pitch to you as the founder or founders of SmarterDX of why New Mountain Capital?

You know, why make this combination?

What really resonated to you about the opportunity?

And I don't know, not to put words in your mouth, is it

the scale?

Is it the capital?

Is it the capabilities?

I'd love to hear more about why this all fits together so well.

So if I think about the three businesses being combined, and again, I don't sit in the four walls of your company, but I think of access as more of a legacy business in the space with scale.

Is that is that a fair way to think about it?

And then smarter, you know, newer technology on top.

And then the third thoughtful team, thoughtful team, sorry, thoughtful AI, as you know, the agentic piece that's coming forward.

Is that is that a right way to think about the three legs to the stool?

No, I see.

So I guess you have the chassis now to apply the further level of technology on top of it.
