This number gives you so much data.

Cogs isn't so much a daily number.

That's that to me, that per man hour is the daily number.

It's something we didn't talk about is if I'm looking at my data, like in Service Autopilot, we have a feature.

I guess it's no longer we, but we have, you know, when I was with it, sure it's still there, where it you could set a target rate for every service.

So you could say, My target is I wanna make, you know, I wanna make uh seventy one dollars per man hour on fertilization we control.

I wanna make

$84 a man hour on pest control.

And whenever my data would come in for the day, if it was not

uh at seventy two or eighty four above, it would flag it as we we underperformed target.

I could scan that sheet every single day and see where'd we overperform, where'd we underperform by job, by crew.

But but the dispatch board took a little more mental processing.

So we built a report.

I mean, this is way back where you could literally scan it.

All you had to look for was red down arrow.

And like at City Turf we do thousands of jobs a week.

Thousands and thousands.

So kind of matters to like oh there okay, Miss Smith.

And so then what do you do?

It's like, okay, I go to the crew and say, Hey guys, why why did it take longer today?
