I think Richie Murphy's done an unbelievable job there.

I think recruitment has been very strategic.

I think there's been a lot of talk on into what they've done.

I loved their European run in terms of the Challenge Cup, but the only thing that I don't agree with is...

you're not getting into the top eight of the URC to win the URC this year because I don't think they'd have done it, especially with their injury list and their players are running on fumes.

But you're doing it for the windfall, getting back to the top table, getting back into the Champions Cup proper and not accepting that you're not good enough to compete in the Champions Cup.

They should be good enough.

That's the next step for them.

So I don't think they should be getting into a Challenge Cup final.

And then thinking the Challenge Cup is their competition and romanticising the journey.

I think that's for this year.

I think next year, the step forward would have been the Champions Cup.

And I think Ulster needs to be in the Champions Cup.

Irish Rugby needs them to be in the Champions Cup as well.

So that's the only bit I disagree with.

Not accepting the fact that this was a really positive, you know, without thinking that the next step is going into the proper competition.

Like that's what I think.

And they should be aiming for top eight every year.

And they should be aiming for the Champions Cup every year.
