I like the charisma, I like the personality, but I don't think it's been consistent and I don't think he's that kind of person to come out into the media and challenge every week.
I think he's been really good at the objective stuff, but the subjective hasn't, I don't think it's hit well.

What's the narrative?
How is he getting them back on site?
How is the buy-in?
And like I said earlier, Jack and Razzy have South African players, coaches, staff, fans, everyone in the palm of their hand.
I'm not sure Leinster is in the palm of anyone's hand at the moment and that's a problem.

It's obviously about understanding language, way of doing things and motivation.
Like, I'd often have injured players in car con and they'd be closer to our dugout and they'd go, it's way different when you're looking at it on the sideline.
And that's a very low level compared to what we're looking at here.

Like, first of all, Leo said he's very honest with his players.
What he says to the coaching box, he probably said to his players anyway.
So like, take that into account.
It's probably very true.
As I don't think he says anything too direct at any given stage anyway.
But I think like, as Bernard said, it's not a development block.
