You feel like your higher self, your total self, whatever you want to call it.
is almost like it's like you're the character inside the game and it's the one outside the game playing it, you know, and you're on the same team and it knows that you have free will and doesn't want to impede on it, but it's there to oversee and to guide.
And you feel this support and you feel like you have purpose.
And when that happens.
It's weird to say, but everything's more colorful and brighter and happier, and you have more gratitude and appreciation, and everything just changes.
But then you startβwhat I did is I dove deep into these more esoteric, ancient ways of thinking and philosophies.
I went deep into Stoicism.
I fell in love withβ
with ancient, you know, especially Greek philosophers and their stoic philosophy on life, I went deep into like Hermeticism and Gnosticism and just trying to learn as much, you know, Plato was one of my favorites, like, cause a lot of these people back then,
had it figured out.
I won't say how to, no one has it figured out, but they understood the dance between the physical and the non-physical and they understood more what this reality is and the temporariness of it and the importance like of, you know, addressing your spiritual side and, and not getting too stuck in the material.
Um,
So I started learning all these things that you don't learn in school.
They don't teach you, at least not the churches I ever went to.
These weren't things that are really taught to us, especially in the Western part of the world.
Reincarnation was definitely not something that I ever believed was real.
And so I start having to like really go back in time to get the answers to the questions that I had now.
None of this is cutting edge thinking.
If anything, it's ancient thinking that we're just now starting to circle back around and apply cutting edge,
technological modalities that are helping us explore it more and these kinds of things.
