I don't think I would get that upset about the Eagle Scout thing in the past.
Anyway, so our scout troop was amazing.
Scoutmaster was a federal marshal.
My dad was involved.
My friend's dads were almost all involved.
There was one kid who had a single mom.
She was involved up to a point.
He decided she didn't want to need to be there for all the dirty, gross stuff we were doing.
She tended to agree.
It was great because he didn't have a dad that was around.
There were all these suddenly older guys that were like, hey,
You're going to get punched in the face if you do that again.
And they were like, I'm not going to.
My mom this.
And we were like, no, no, no, Mr. J, I'll handle that for you.
Whack, right?
And the kid grew up to be a nice, normal guy because he had that space.
I don't think that goes away if you also do activities with women.
The other thing that's a misunderstanding here is Boy Scouts, yeah, it was this guy thing.
