So it's not feminism that's ruining your thing.

It's all of the child molesters and the reaction that was to sweep it under the rug instead of doing something about it that caused a problem.

There was a molester who lived next door to my friend as a child.

But I've been to this guy's house, not alone, thankfully.

The kids acted weird when we were there.

Now as an adult, it makes perfect sense.

And then that guy, who was a random 20-something-year-old guy with no connection to the community other than he lived with his uncle and aunt because he probably had to leave the UK, he decided to volunteer at a Boy Scout camp.

And da-da, he went to prison for touching the kids.

And the response to that nationwide, not that incident, but just generally was, oh man, we don't want people to think this is an unsafe place.

Pay some settlements and try and keep it quiet.

As I understand, that's how that happened.

there's a logic flaw in what these guys are doing, and I don't think they're doing it on purpose all the time, some of them do, sure, but they're kind of saying, hey, now that this is both men and women together, they're sort of implying, now you can't have a male-only space, it's not allowed.

And it's like, whoa, wait, that's a bit of a leap

From, hey, maybe we should have women join this because membership is down and also it might be good for the kids.

And some of you have sons and daughters and you want to spend time with both of them on the weekend, which is not, you know, that's not that's nice to do.

I have a boy and a girl.

I'm stoked that they can both come on these canoe trips.

And it's not just like my boys come and you guys bake cookies at home now.
