So John Harbaugh, he's the big man in charge, right?
He's the boss.

It's a good thing.

Two playoff appearances since 2011.
One of the worst teams in the NFL over that 13-year stretch.
I think they're 29th in the NFL in win percentage during that stretch.
That's bad.
Now you've got a head coach in here.
A football guy.
And this is my number one takeaway from the press conference.
John Harbaugh is a pro's pro.
He knows how to talk.
He knows how to deflect.
He knows what to say.
