yeah there's there's certain players for sure um you know i've had conversations with um i would say even just last year i bet you stank you know he didn't struggle at the start of the year but i mean actually pretty incredible just stepped right into a centerman's job and and just tried to figure it out and he did you know it was slower probably than he'd like throughout the start so he was frustrated i'm like man you're doing fine like

you know you grab little things you know especially um had some ups and downs last year so you grab um fishy i don't worry about fish man that guy is just like okay oh man he like he gets he gets fucking pissed off out there yes and i love that and i think it's good and i let him do that that's all good but he's so dialed he's got he's he's the smart he's so smart and um

Um, and, uh, and, you know, and they do a great job of, of taking care of everyone else too.

So, um, yeah, there's times where there, there's moments where you're really watching guys.

Um, and you know, there's some ups and downs and everyone has around.

It's just,

no one's going to play incredible for 82 and now 84 somehow, but like, um, you know, it's like no testing though, but no testing.

Um, so it's, uh, it's, uh, it's, it's fun to be a part of that too.

Different, um, obviously when I was with you with, but, um, just, uh, it's a cool thing to be, to, yeah, come alongside guys that are struggling or, you know, there's ups and downs and I've seen, I've seen so much.

So like, you know, I hope, I hope it, I hope it resonates with the guys by grabbing every now and then.

And, uh, you know, from what I've seen, it seems to seem still for a good times, but, um, but for the most part, you know, the guys we have in that room, that room, I don't really worry about a whole lot of guys and, um, just a lot of competitors.
