Before we get into today's episode, I want to talk to you about Merrick Health, which, yes, I am sponsored by them, but I've been getting many questions because I recently posted my blood work since I started working with Merrick on my stories, and people were blown away.

Because for years, every time I go to the doctor, even though I'm healthy, I work out, I eat well, I have a mostly Mediterranean diet, my cholesterol has been

And every time I ask the doctor, they sort of just brush it off and they've just been like, well, this is just this is your body, this is genetic.

Eventually, we're gonna have to get you on statins.

I don't have anything against statins inherently.

I don't have anything against medications.

I'm on blood pressure medication, although I have been reducing the dose, especially by the way, since I've been working with Merrick, my blood pressure has been improving dramatically.

But I didn't like how I was getting brushed off by my doctors.

That that to me, it didn't sit well.
