Obviously played really well in the IPL.

I think I could have scored even more runs in the IPL actually.

You mentioned sort of being able to kick on once you get to forty or fifty.

So I had did that a few times in the IPL without going on.

But obviously after the World Cup where such a run of low scores and you know, s falls so far short of your own expectations, I felt a big

thing personally really that I know I've done it in an England shirt lots of times, but I want to do it again.

I want to experience that feeling and and exactly that, to not just score a 50 or a 60 and that feel good.

Actually to go on and you know hit my highest ever score in T twenties and part of that partnership with Brookie which was great fun.

Yeah not that I doubted myself, but it's just nice to know that you you can still do it and you've you've performed that way and uh yeah, feel like a big weight's lifted off your shoulder to to score a hundred in an England shirt is is awesome.

I haven't done that in a long time.

I think it'd be twenty twenty-three back in uh an ODI series against South Africa.

So yeah, scoring a hundred for me was really special and uh yeah, just you know, all comes

Flooding back to you really, it's like riding a bike once you get going.

And I'd say on that as well, uh s finding that right balance, I think for you personally, of what would you call it like arousal level or focus or intensity.

And for me it's probably around about a

eight out of ten I would say is the kind of figure I'd want to be at.

If if you then sometimes coaches say to you, go out there and play like you don't care and just whatever and it's like but I do care.

Like I I do care and I want to do well.
