I didn't know how, and I called him Kerouac or something like that.

I said, I read this book by Jack Kerouac, and I saw this guy look at me.

He goes, you know, that guy wrote this book called On the Road, and he would stop at cafes all the time, and he would get the same thing.

What was that?

So I started hanging out with these older hipsters that were like, oh, you got to read this.
