Well, actually, plastic has been infiltrating our life in crazy ways, like even your toothbrush, even the self-care products, water bottles.
you know, feminine pads, makeup, gum, workout clothes.
That's the worst one too, you know, because people are wearing these polyester, super tight fitting clothes and they're going in heated rooms or, you know, they're sweating and the friction is just, you know, our skin is our largest organ.
So people really underestimate how much toxins can infiltrate in our body from the skin.
So I like to go with like organic cotton workout clothes.
Yes, that's really tight.
Um, yeah, I mean, even me, like, yeah, people take offense to it.
There are some cool brands right now coming out with organic cotton, which I've been buying from, but yes, you know, like you can't beat the fashion of like Alo Yoga, right?
Like they've come so far with, you know, the cute outfits and cuts.
And, um, so.

You always have to, you always want to look good.
And then when you, when you want to try to look for sustainable fabric and organic stuff, uh, the companies are so small that they have not really invested much in the design and the technical, the, you know, cuts and stuff.
So it's always a fine line of like, you know, what do, what do I do?
